Onboarding

A solution to integrate and familiarize the newly hired employee with the organization so that they can have the best integration possible.

It is a solution that is always tailored to the client (HR and/or Hiring Manager) where we seek to monitor the adaptation and development of the professional to, if needed, focus on deliveries or "route" adjustments over this 100-day period.
